I get fever again and again and i have done all the blood tests but still i get fever?

i get fever again and again and i have done all the blood tests but still i get fever. now when i visit doctors they say u are ok but the give me anti biotics like cefixim etc which works. 3 yrs back i had jaundice which was treated in kasturba hopital. i have taken antibiotics for typhoid, malaria as well. i think my immunity is less due to which i get fever. now 5 months back i have done blood tests for typhoid,malaria,jaundice,liver function test,dengue,thyroid test,serum bilirubin,hiv,hepatitis b and all the reports came normal. then in between i was ok.now again i am getting fever and weakness. shall i do the test for T.B. or which test shall i do. i also masturbate. is this happening due to masturbation. i masturbate 2-3 times a month.
