Is this a good weightlifting workout plan for me?

Your toning atm, which basially means your only developing the muscel you have at the moment, you need to do 6-8 reps with a lot heavier weight, this is how you build new muscel, obviously don't make it too heavy, but ur arm should be nakard by the 8th rep. 6-8 rep is bulking (making muscels bigger, more than 8 is working on your current muscel ( like definition) hope this helped. Oh yh drink shakes wen u wake, 15 mins before training, then 45 mins after. And before you go bed, one before bed is most important, helps ur body recover quiker. And the shakes u drink before and after training shod only be half a shake
