I'm a 16 year old male junior in high school and I'm only 115 pounds but 5' 9'', I want to gain weight and muscle because I look like a stick. I'm going to be able to workout at the gym twice a week(Tuesdays and Thursdays . Also, I'm going to be running around 1 - 3 miles on the weekdays. What are the best workouts to do and what supplements(protein/creatine/etc) should I take? and what is the best way to gain weight?
