18 days late . No sign of period . Negative pregnancy tests .?

It sounds as if you could be pregnant but...my friend had this problem and I said it sounded like she was pregnant but it turned out to be a blood clot. I'd just wait for the blood test results and jump to conclusions too quickly :)
