I have no preworkout supplement! Should I have one? If so what are good supps?

yes you should be taking mins and vits beforehand, maybe the night before. instead of supplements try some steak or eggs for protein much cheaper :) and creatine is naturally supplied in red meat , another form of protein basically, helps builds muscles faster , though if your taking it in supplements too much isnt a good idea
