Im trying a new diet but will it be effective i am thinking for bfast a banana protein shake lunch a salad and like powerade a protein bar after workout and chicken or some meat for dinner but will this be effctive and will i have to much of a supplement if i do it all in the morning since there will be stuff in my food my shake will have whey, creatine, flax seed oil, and citrulline all the daily ammounts of the supplements
