Is my testosterone level good for my age???10 points!!!?

I am 20 years old my Testosterone Serum is 428 ng/dl limits are 249 - 836.I get people sayin it's good people saying it's to low or it's just a little low.Which one is it in your opinion thanx guy your opinions will be valued.
