Im your same age, but i play football. If your wanting to get wider shoudlers and thicker all around, you need to do less reps with more weight. You should do 5 sets of 5 for all shoulder workouts and 3 sets of 8-10 for biceps, triceps, etc. 35 reps on the fly is rediculous. 12 MAX will do the job. More weight, less reps is the bottom line.
