Is this a good workout for me or do i need to do something else to see results?

I am a soccer player too and in the off season I lift weights for lacrosse season which is in the spring. Continue that routine. You don't have to look big to be big. You may be skinny but your upperbody could be ridiculous. Continue on your routine, its good. Increase weight to build more muscle. Drink plenty of water.
