Is this a good workout for me or do I need to do something more?
Well I wasn't always a big guy but I have but on some muscle by doing P90X. Its expensive but effective. Something else you can do is pick heavy weights. try to pick a weight that tires you out between 8-10 reps. That will add on size. While doing 10-12 will make leaner muscles but just as strong. Also try working out 5-6 days a week and mix up what you do. like one day do chest and back then the next do cardio. then on the third day do shoulders,biceps,and triceps. Just dont go too heavy too fast your youll hurt yourself BE CAREFUL! hope this helps
