I just got some stuff from my dad's friend called Muscletech, one of them is Cell-Tech that says it's creatine, one is Nitro-Tech that says it's whey protein, and I also recieved some creatine pills by Muscletech called Creakic. I'm 16, about 135 lbs. and I work out daily at school. I'm more concerned in becoming cut, not big, and also staying healthy. How should I use (or not use) these products. Thanks alot for any help!
