Is my physical activity healthy for a 17 year old?

Everyday, I hit the gym and lift, alternating between lower and upper body. During my workouts, I drink creatine and drink protein after wards. I have been working out since I've been a freshman but I have been getting serious about it recently. I'm 6'0" and about 175 pounds, so I'm not huge but I have been noticing that my arms and chest have been getting a lot bigger. I used to be a twig before I worked out so I was wondering if this is healthy for me and if I should keep doing it, or if I should lighten my workout routine.
