Questions on supplements?

Ive been lifting for awhile and im now starting to wach my diet so i figured i should start watching my diet more and maybe take supplements so ive been taking one a day me s pro edge for awhile and when i was reading what supplements are good and bad multibitamins were always number one so is my multivitamin good i also thoughy creatine but idk how much to take also whey protien but i read too much protien is bad and you sould max at about 1g per 1lbs of weight now is that toal from all my vitamins and food also i wanted to tAke flax seed oil and citalline
