Is this a good workout for me or do I need to do something more?

dont workout for over an hour. this workout seems a little long mayb spread it out throughout the week. r u doing high reps for endurance? cuz if u want mass u need to do 8-12 or 4-6 for strength. i dont think you get much from doing 35 reps and drink alot of water with creatine
